IMPORTANT

  • Hotels check in time 1400 hrs and check out is at 1200.
  • The all hotels that mentioned in our itineraries will only be confirmed on availability at the time of bookings. If otherwise suitable alternatives will be suggested prior to confirmation.
  • All transfer times that mentioned are subject to variations depending on traffic flow and road conditions.
  • The consumption of alcohol during “Poya Days” at bars, clubs and other public areas of the hotel and operation of similar forms of entertainment establishments is prohibited by law in Sri Lanka. It is recommended that clients contact the Reception to obtain their respective formalities during their holiday.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

The visa will initially be limited to 30 days from the date of arrival and which may extend to six months by contacting the Department of Immigration and Emigration. This process will not be applicable for Singapore and Maldives passport holders as they are granted visa on arrival.

Booking Confirmation

All Bookings (Tour packages, Day tours and Tailor-made tours) will be confirmed by 50% upfront payment as a booking guarantee. Once you confirm a booking with us, we will send you the relevant Bank details or the link of our online payment gateway via an Email along with the Formal Travel Voucher. The advance payment has to be done within 3 Days of your booking confirmation. Once you done the payment, send us the scanned copy of your payment slip or receipt via an E mail. And once we receive your payment, we will confirm you by a return E mail. The Balance payment can be done one week prior to the arrival date or at the arrival by cash.

Booking Cancellation

  • Travline Holidays (pvt) ltd has rights to cancel or neutralize the booking if the payment is not made within the agreed payment date.
  • Cancellation of Your Travel plan by you must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect the day we receive it. The following Penalties will apply dependent upon the number of days before Your Tour commence:
    • Cancel the booking in 60 days or more – 100% (Refund 100%)
    • Cancel the booking between 30-59 Days – 75% of total paid amount will be refunded
    • Cancel the booking between 15 -29 Days – 50% of total paid amount will be refunded
    • 14 Days or less than 14 Days – Non-refundable
  • While refunding at the booking cancelation, bank chargers will deduct from the Total Refundable amount.

Booking Amendments

Travline Holidays offers flexible tour packages & itineraries all the time.
After the booking confirmation, if a traveler wishes to amend or change the agreed tour itinerary, such as dates, tour activities and the nature of the services, must be informed in advance to do the necessary changes. Traveler may endure cancellation charges or additional costs of the amended tour itinerary.

Insurance

Every traveler must have valid travel insurance and details of the policy which are clearly stated before traveling.

Health Condition

Travline Holidays strongly recommends every traveler who wish to travel to Sri Lanka to check their health condition before traveling. If a traveler suffers from any sickness, meet and get medical advices and necessary health documents before traveling.  If a traveler suffers any sickness and an injury during the holiday in Sri Lanka with us, please inform our tour representatives immediately. They will provide suitable advices and guidance. This must be carried out in conjunction with your personal travel insurance policy.

Hotel Accommodations

We offer tour packages with hotels and without hotel accommodations. Every client is free to book their own hotels and accommodations. We offer hotels names and their official website links to our every client who wishes to book hotels with us one month prior to Tour commence. Travelers are requested thoroughly research the selected hotels before the booking confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, we will make the booking with the hotel and booking cannot be changed under any circumstance after the guest arrival. Hence we kindly request any client to inform us at earliest as possible to make any changes on the hotel accommodation before the arrival.
